One thing I always mention: if you’re rolling a larger trailer or a Class A into a state park loop, call ahead and ask about site length. Some loops in U.P. state parks were built in a different era of RVing, and a tight turn at night after a long drive is nobody’s idea of a good start to marathon weekend.
